Orders are shipped via Canada Post within 5 business days of being received. You will be notified with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Shipping costs at checkout are provided by Canada Post, and we are unable to guarantee their accuracy. In the event shipping charges are higher than expected You will be notified and given the option to cancel the Order.
Our products are individually-made in home-based workshops. Many are one-of-a-kind. While we strive to represent our products accurately, it is impossible to give an exact impression through a computer screen. There may be slight variations in colour, size, texture or finish.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage prior to opening. If goods arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Defects
If you believe an item you’ve received is defective, please let us know. We strive to ship only products that meet our quality standards, but we acknowledge the possibility that a defect may have been over-looked.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, all items will be inspected. We will notify you of the status of your return after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take several days for the credit to show on your cardholder account.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipments.

Items Not Eligible
Products sold as “seconds” or purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.
